People can get sick or injured at any time.  Unfortunately, your doctor's office can't always be open.  Sometimes your injury or illness doesn't require the services of Anderson Hospital's Emergency Department, but you still need medical attention.  Anderson Hospital's Express Care is the answer.  Express Care does not replace your physician's office or the emergency department, but instead complements the services each provides.

10 a.m. to 8 p.m. -- Glen Carbon and Collinsville

8 a.m. to 8 p.m.  -- Highland

Holidays:
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

ExpressCare's team of healthcare professionals provide treatment for a wide variety of minor illnesses and injuries.

Among these are:

• Ailments such as sniffles, sneezes and fevers
• Lacerations (cuts) not involving the face, joints or tendons
• Nausea
• Back pain
• Constipation or diarrhea
• Earaches
• Insect bites
• Rashes
• Sore throat
• Toothache
• Urinary tract infection symptoms
• Flu
• Sprains, Strains and Bumps

Our Staff…
ExpressCare is staffed by physicians on staff at Anderson Hospital, nurses, technicians and other health care professionals. They will coordinate care with your primary care physician or refer you to a physician if further follow-up is required.

Radiology and Lab Services…
With on site services, you can get lab work or x-rays done at ExpressCare with a physician's referral.
