Ways to Give:

The Anderson Hospital Foundation is beginning a new program to recognize its donors. The Foundation greatly appreciates all contributions. Gifts of $25,000 and above offer you the opportunity for naming rights. Numerous personalized naming opportunities exist throughout our facility.

• Annual Giving: Gifts can be made to the Foundation by cash, check, or credit card. Checks can be mailed to the following address:

  Credit card contributions can be made on our secure website at www.andersonhospital.org or by calling Amy Roller, Planned Giving Manager, at 618-391-6427. We also accept gifts of appreciated securities.


• Memorials/Tributes: A gift in memory or in honor of a loved one has become an expression of thoughtfulness to many. These types of gifts, in any amount, are appropriate ways to recognize someone’s life, a relative or friend’s birthday or other special occasion. A notification is sent to the recipient or in the case of a memorial, to the immediate family, as well as to the donor. The memorials for an individual will be recognized in the Foundation’s Annual Report with those donors making the contribution. The same will be done for a tribute.
• Planned Giving/Bequest: Long-range estate and financial planning can enable you to make a substantial contribution to benefit Anderson Hospital and at the same time fulfill your personal financial goals. Those individuals leaving a planned gift are not only concerned with current health care but are also building a lasting legacy for the next generation. Because Anderson Hospital Foundation is a non-profit organization, most gifts qualify for federal and often state income tax deduction. We encourage you to discuss potential tax advantages with your advisor.
• Matching Gifts: Your company might match your gift! Contact your human resources department to find out if your company has a matching gift policy. If it does, your employer will supply you with a form to fill out and send to us with your donation. We will verify your gift either online or by mail. Then, a matching gift contribution will be sent to Anderson Hospital Foundation. Often times, companies will double or even triple the amount you give!

Our new annual giving recognition levels are as follows:

Friends: $100 - $999
Advocates: $1,000 - $4,999
Partners: $5,000 - $24,000
Leaders*: $25,000 - $49,999
Patrons*: $50,000 and above
