Visitor Information

***DUE TO COVID... our current policy in the Pavilion for Women is NO VISITORS.
Mothers are allowed to have ONE support person with them throughout their visit.

At Anderson Hospital, childbirth is a family celebration. We encourage your significant other to attend the childbirth, and invite grandparents and the baby’s siblings to visit and hold the new baby.

It is our philosophy that new families need time together – especially right after birth – for bonding and sharing in the joys of new parenthood. For these reasons, and because of the relatively short hospital stay, we discourage having too many visitors. Fewer visitors will result in more time for much-needed rest, infant care education and preparation for our mothers’ return home.

When visiting, guests should use the Pavilion for Women entrance only. Friend and family should refrain from visiting if ill. Please remember that Anderson is a smoke free facility.
Free lighted parking areas are located adjacent to the Pavilion for Women on Anderson’s south side.
